With its close proximity to the CBD, Sunshine Cove will provide numerous opportunities for up to 6000 people to live and work. Big River supplied 8 km of Australian timber boardwalk and bridges comprising of hardwood poles, bearers, joists, decking and handrails
connecting the estate to Sunshine Plaza, the CBD and Cotton Tree. Spotted gum decking, pre-treated with a protective coating by Big River, was selected for this premier project.
