ComTex®

ComTex® is a pre-primed panel that is combined with a proprietary fixing system to create a comprehensive commercial façade. The result is a monolithic, rendered look without the need for expensive and time-consuming masonry. On top of this, it’s possible to produce a variety of textures and colours using the site-applied high-build acrylic texture system.

Whether you need a full wrap or a composite construction on a timber or steel framed building this system will significantly cut costs for structural beam and scaffold. In addition, it’s resistant to damage from termites, rot and fire and is available in 2 sizes: 3000 & 2400 x 1200 x 9mm.

ExoTec® façade panel

This compressed fibre cement (CFC) facade panel uses an expressed jointinga system. What that means is: it’s fully sealed, low-maintenance and has high impact resistance. These features are designed for the express purpose of being installed on a building face, however it can also be put to use as a nave.

With options for painting on-site or as factory finished it comes as a full wrap panel or a composite design. The panel patterns available include vertical, horizontal or staggered, with additional options for countersunk concealed fasteners or exposed screw heads.

To ensure moisture resistance and stability in external environments the panels are sealed on all 6 sides and the proprietary fixing system helps absorb ambient building movement. All these features and careful engineering design make for a perfect commercial facade, fascia and soffit option for low or high rise commercial buildings.
