What is Off-Form Premium?
A high-end, Australian-made Formply by Big River Group, engineered to deliver superior finishes for commercial and residential projects.
What surface finish does it achieve?
A Class 2 finish. Under AS 3610, Class 2 is a high-quality finish intended for internal and external facades that will be viewed in detail.
What sizes and thickness are available?
17mm thick, in 1800 x 1200 and 2400 x 1200 sheets.
What does “F22” mean?
F22 is the stress grade, a rating of the panel’s strength and stiffness. F17, F22 and F27 are the most common grades for formply.
What is an A Bond?
A Bond panels use phenolic adhesive, the most durable bond type under the standard (rated for up to 50 years of weather exposure).
Is Off-Form Premium waterproof?
No. The phenolic overlay slows moisture uptake but isn’t waterproof. To protect the finish, tarp formwork in wet weather and avoid water ponding on the panels.
