The Challenge
Big River's Solution
MaxiWall 150mm panels were used for all inter-tenancy walls, achieving the required fire and acoustic ratings. MaxiFloor panels were used for the upper-level floors, eliminating the need for wet screeds and accelerating the construction programme.
The Result
The AAC panel system reduced overall construction time by approximately 6 weeks compared to traditional methods, with all fire and acoustic ratings meeting or exceeding NCC requirements.
