About MaxiFloor Structural Flooring
MaxiFloor is Big River’s steel-reinforced autoclaved aerated concrete floor panel system. It provides a fast, cost-effective flooring solution with excellent fire and acoustic ratings – eliminating the need for wet screeds and reducing overall construction time. The panels are pre-finished and ready to tile, carpet, or coat. MaxiFloor is ideal for upper-level floors in multi-storey residential and commercial buildings where fire rating, acoustic performance, and speed of construction are priorities.
