Formwork LVL

Big River supplies the widest range of formwork timber and related LVL (Laminated Veneer Lumber) in concrete structural applications. Big River only supplies LVL which is certified by the Engineered Wood Products of Australia to meet AS/NZS 4357.

From Carter Holt Harvey, truFORM is structural laminated veneer lumber (LVL) for use as form work bearers and joists. truFORM is light, straight and more uniform than traditional form work timber. truFORM is painted bright orange, with each length easily identified by the colour coded end section. truFORM used in conjunction with Big River Timbers Armourform provides one of the most cost-efficient form work solutions available.

Specification: Available in 95 x 47, 95 x 65 and 150 x 77 end sections and comes in increments of 600mm from 2.4m to 6m.

edgeFORM

Carter Holt Harvey’s edgeFORM structural laminated veneer lumber (LVL) is specially designed for use in concrete form work applications such as edge boards. edgeFORM has arrised edges and is painted red for moisture protection and easy identification. edgeFORM is light, straight and more uniform than traditional alternatives.

e-form engineered LVL concrete form work beams from Wesbeam are purpose designed for the high load- bearing and corrosive environment of the concrete form work industry.Specification: Available in 100 x 36, 150 x 36, 170 x 36, 200 x 36 and 240 x 36 in 4.8m and 6.0m lengths

Hyplank from Carter Holt Harvey, has established a reputation for safe and reliable performance. This strong yet lightweight laminated veneer lumber scaffolding plank is now used extensively throughout the building industry.

Specification: Available in various sizes such as 230 x 39mm in increments of 600mm from 2.4m to 4.8m.
