Promotional Terms & Conditions

1. This promotion is organised by BIG RIVER GROUP PTY LTD ABN [72 000 009 754] and is open to Australian residents in Western Australia. By participating, Entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is open to Australian residents in Western Australia aged 18 years or over who has an active Big River Group Account.
3. Employees of Big River Group, ITI Australia, its subsidiaries, Participating Stores and any associated entities are not eligible to enter.
4. A participating store is any Big River Group store located in Western Australia, that stocks the Eligible Products (defined below) relating to the promotion during the Promotional Period.
5. This promotion is open to end users only. Staff members of ITI Australia, Big River Group or any individuals directly affiliated are not eligible to participate or receive any prize.
6. Entrants must be trading in accordance with the Participating Store’s trading terms throughout the Promotional Period and must not have overdue monies owing as at 30/01/27 to be eligible to claim any prize.
7. The Promotion begins on 1^st October 2026 and closes at 5:00pm AWST on 30^th January 2027 (‘’Promotional Period’’)
8. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be accepted.
9. To be eligible to participate in this promotion, Entrants must spend a minimum of $1,000 (inclusive of GST) on any of the below eligible products per invoice. Entrants will receive entries into the draw as follows:
   • One (1) automatic entry for every $1,000 (inclusive of GST) spent on Eva-Last, ModWood, FLAMEfixx, eXtreme Joist, Blackhawk, KlevaKlip, Merbau, Australian Hardwood Decking. For example, if a participant spends $3,200 (inclusive of GST) on any of the above-mentioned product/s on their account at the Participating Store during the Promotional Period, the participant will receive three (3) entries into the Draw.
10. The required spend amount must be in a single transaction/order and cannot be made up of multiple transactions/orders at the Participating Store over the Promotional Period.
11. The prize is at $1,500 Flight Centre travel voucher.
12. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
13. Prizes which are won but not claimed within a reasonable amount of time will be redrawn. The redraw will take place no later than 28 days after the original notification. The winner(s) will be notified by email within 1 business day of the redraw.
14. The redraw will take place at Big River Group, Bellevue 30 Clayton St, Bellevue WA 6056.
15. The winner will be drawn on 9^th February 2027 at Big River Group Bellevue, 30 Clayton St, Bellevue WA 6056.
16. The winner will be notified by email or by phone within 1 business day of each draw.
17. The travel voucher will be presented to the winner and can be used at any Flight Centre store.
18. By entering, Entrants agree to their name, image or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording) being used in any promotional material related to the Promotion.
19. Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used in accordance with Big River Group’s privacy policy.
20. Big River Group reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrants and may disqualify entries if found to be in breach of these terms and conditions.
21. Big River Group reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if any issues arise beyond their control.
22. Big River Group’s decisions regarding any aspect of the Promotion are final and binding.
23. Big River Group and ITI Australia will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any participant entering the Promotion or as a result of accepting the prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
24. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
