FormBEAM Formwork Laminated Veneer Lumber Beams (LVL)
FormBEAM is structural Laminated Veneer Lumber (LVL), purpose-engineered for use in structural concrete formwork applications. Manufactured under a controlled production process, FormBEAM meets the requirements of AS/NZS 4357, with product quality independently audited and certified by BSI.
The tabular data and standard designs contained in this publication have been developed in accordance with the relevant Australian Design Standards, including AS 3610:1995 (Formwork for Concrete) and AS 1720.1:2010 (Timber Structures), with design characteristic values determined in accordance with Section 4 of AS/NZS 4063.2:2010.
FormBEAM is manufactured, tested and assigned characteristic values in accordance with AS/NZS 4357:2005 (Structural Laminated Veneer Lumber).

TruFORM is manufactured in a fully quality controlled process to meet the requirements of AS/NZS 4357 for structural LVL. Quality control is independently audited and product quality certified by the Engineered Wood Products Association of Australasia (EWPAA).

e-form Formwork Laminated Veneer Lumber Beams (LVL)
e‑form beams are purpose designed for the high load-bearing and corrosive environment of the concrete formwork industry. The use of slow growing plantation timber veneers makes e-form one of the highest load-bearing formwork LVL beams in Australia. A high wax loading in the moisture-repellent coating improves the dimensional stability of e-form, extending its life and cost effectiveness.
Wesbeam e-form LVL is manufactured in accordance with AS/NZS 4357 Structural Laminated Veneer Lumber at our Neerabup facility in Western Australia. The LVL manufacturing process is independently 3rd party audited and certified by the Engineered Wood Products Association of Australasia (EWPAA) to ensure its compliance to AS/NZS 4357.
The EWPAA is an accredited LVL, I-Joist, plywood and veneer product certifier, by the peak certifying body in Australasia, the Joint Accreditation System – Australia and New Zealand (JAS-ANZ), accredited to ISO17065: Product Certification and ISO17021: Management Systems. JAS-ANZ certified products meet the acceptance criteria of the National Construction Code (NCC) of Australia; and State and Commonwealth purchasing authorities.
