To provide a premium and durable finish Big River’s Engineered Oak Timber Flooring and Modwood decking was selected for use in the apartments and alfresco balconies, respectively.
The construction process employed Big River’s range of formwork and associated LVL products for their concrete structural applications. This range is fully accredited to the relevant AS/NZ standards and is specifically designed for a straight and true concrete finish.
