The pavilion design called for an exposed timber structure with decorative ceiling linings that could withstand the marine environment of Corio Bay while maintaining a warm, natural aesthetic.

Big River's Solution
Big River supplied spotted gum structural timber for the exposed post-and-beam frame, with Armourpanel decorative plywood panels used for the ceiling linings throughout the pavilion and cafe areas.
The Result
