OVERVIEW

About Uni-Curve

Uni-Curve is a flexible expanded polystyrene (EPS) panel designed for curved walls and architectural features. It gives designers, builders and renderers a practical way to bring curves into a project without the time and complexity of building up a curve from multiple laminated layers.

Panels are supplied in thicknesses from 40mm to 100mm, so the curve can be formed in a single panel at the thickness the project requires. The result is a faster, more efficient installation on curved elevations, feature walls and other architectural details.

Uni-Curve is CodeMark accredited and is supplied by Big River Group, with branch support and local availability across Australia.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Uni-Curve used for?

Uni-Curve is used to create curved walls and architectural features. Its flexible EPS panels follow the curve of the structure, so a project can achieve curved profiles without laminating several layers of EPS.

What thicknesses are available?

Standard thicknesses are 40mm, 50mm, 60mm, 75mm and 100mm. Panels are 2500mm high and 1200mm wide as standard, and can also be cut to custom sizes.

How does Uni-Curve save time on site?

Because the required thickness comes in a single panel, installers do not need to laminate multiple layers together to build up a curve. This reduces handling and labour and helps get the job done faster and more efficiently.

Can Uni-Curve be supplied in custom sizes?

Yes. In addition to the standard 2500mm x 1200mm panel, Uni-Curve can be cut to custom sizes. Contact your local Big River branch to discuss requirements.

Is Uni-Curve CodeMark accredited?

Yes. Uni-Curve is CodeMark accredited. Contact us for the certificate and installation requirements relevant to your project.
