Yes. AlphaFloor’s concrete thermal mass can improve NatHERS/BASIX ratings by approximately 0.2 to 0.5 stars depending on project design, potentially reducing or eliminating the need for costly upgrades such as double-glazed windows. It is approved in BERS Pro, Hero and FirstRate 5.
