About Meadowbrook - Commercial
Operating since 1987, Big River Group – Meadowbrook is one of South East Queensland’s most established formwork and commercial suppliers – servicing formworkers, civil contractors, commercial builders, flooring installers and large residential builders across greater Brisbane, Logan, Ipswich and the Gold Coast. From major road and infrastructure projects through to boutique residential developments, our experienced team is on hand to help you get the right products, at the right price, when you need them.
Located on Ellerslie Road just off the Logan Motorway, the branch offers easy access for builders across the region, backed by crane truck delivery direct to site, free material estimation from plans and a cut-to-size service on sheet and timber products.
Our Product Range
Our Formwork range supports everything from residential slabs to large-scale civil infrastructure – including the Deckply range, Australian-made ArmourForm formply, ArmourDeck steel decking, Formwork LVL including FormBEAM LVL and e-form, RedEdge edgeboard, InfillPlus Panels, and a full range of formwork accessories. Our team has supplied major South East Queensland projects including the Coomera Connector, providing RedEdge, Deckply, e-form LVL, InfillPlus panels, structural plywood and hardwood.
Meadowbrook also specialises in AAC panel and flooring systems. We stock Helix AAC panels for lightweight, non-combustible external and party walls, along with particle board and flooring accessories for residential and commercial floor systems.

Getting Here
Big River Meadowbrook is at 45 Ellerslie Road, Meadowbrook QLD 4131, in the Meadowbrook industrial precinct about 26 km south-east of the Brisbane CBD. The precinct has direct access to the Logan Motorway, and the Pacific Motorway (M1) is a few minutes away via Loganlea Road.
From the Logan Motorway: Take the Meadowbrook/Loganlea Road exit and follow Loganlea Road to Ellerslie Road. The branch is on Ellerslie Road.
From the Pacific Motorway (M1), Brisbane or the Gold Coast: Head towards Loganlea Road and follow it to Meadowbrook, then turn onto Ellerslie Road.
From Ipswich and the west: Take the Logan Motorway eastbound to the Meadowbrook/Loganlea Road exit, then follow the directions above.
